Hello! I'm Mark Goodger. In 2005 I started HandiCraft Property Care. For the last 6 years I have been installing, repairing and improving properties for residents, landlords and local business along the coastline of North East Yorkshire.

I take a lot of pride in my work and thoroughly enjoy my customers delight at my 'HandiCraft' workmanship.

The smallest of jobs can be attended too such as a dripping gutter union, to the grandest of kitchen installation.

Personal Attention

Upon contact I will arrange a visit to discuss your needs, I will offer ideas as well as solutions to your problems with no hard sales talk. This visit costs nothing, however, a cup of coffee will certainly help the ideas flow... :O)

I have an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check which offers peace of mind to new customers that I am not a criminal and am safe to work around children. (I provide property care services to Happy Jays Childcare Centre in Scarborough Business Park.)

I will always offer a fixed quote where possible, however due to the nature of some tasks this is not always possible however I will always try and give a good estimate of time and cost.
